Things We Have Done

Held a Two-Day Follow-up Workshop - Tuesday, April 18 and Wednesday, April 19, 2006

- Pathways to Healthy Quality Living: Aging, Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health.

Held two-day conference in the Southeast District for a regional cross sector of service providers, specifically long term care, developmental disabilities and mental health by retaining a number of recognized champions in the three sectors to address the current status of aging individuals with developmental disabilities and review best practices.
