The partnership believes that the answers to questions about how to support older adults with a developmental disability can be found at the local level. This approach acknowledges the uniqueness of the service system and resources within each local area.
The ADD Trillium Project in concert with the regions, strives to support the exploration, development and evaluation of local initiatives such as cross sector learning, planning, coordination and service delivery.
Local projects are innovative and ground-breaking initiatives that are shaping best practices in the delivery of support to older adults with a developmental disability.
Local projects are encouraged to share what they have learned with others through regional communication processes and these web pages.
Descriptions of a range
