Caregivers in both sectors are faced with the intermingling complexities of aging and developmental disabilities. The Ontario Partnership, through the ADD Trillium Project and other initiatives is developing resources for caregivers. These resources include practical guides on important care-giving issues:

Provides information and checklists to help caregivers plan for the transition of individuals into old age.
